Account Registration

Please note that you will need to confirm your email address in order to complete your CGTQI registration. Shortly after submitting the registration, you should receive an email which includes a link to validate your account. This verification will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. Your email must be validated before your account will be enabled. If you have not validated your email, you will not be able to log in.

If after 10 minutes you haven't received the authentication email, please check your spam folder. If after 30 minutes you still have not received your authentication email, it's possible (however rare) that the email was blocked by your ISP before it ever got to your inbox. If this happens, please call our office at 859-977-7440 so that we can authenticate you manually.

Please note the following password requirements:

• Passwords must have at least 8 characters
• Passwords must contain at least 1 UPPER CASE character
• Passwords must contain at least 1 lower case character
• Passwords must contain at least 1 symbol (such as @, #, *, !, $)
